Our areas' World Indoor Football League, or as some call it arena football is growing in our town. For over ten years now we have been caring for them. Previously they were the War Dogs, then the Vipers, now the Lions and the league champions. As always were are humbled by our involvement in with the team. We care for them game day as well as at the office. We thank the team mangement for their continued foresight in realizing the need for chiropractic to be a part of their medical team.

Create a daily habit of posture exercise to strengthen posture and balance by moving the postural muscles and joints of the body, with control, through a full range of motion.
When a joint does not move through its full range, the unused muscle fibers shorten and overstretched muscles lengthen. This "locks in" restricted patterns of joint motion, as joints stiffen and muscle fiber weaken. Over time, the result is a cycle of poor posture, body motion and increased bio-mechanical stress on the body.
Daily Posture exercises help create a virtuous motion cycle. Freeing locked joints allows them to move, and unlocking joints allows muscles to fully shorten (or contract) and lengthen (or stretch). The best way to stay active is to keep the spine and joints moving as you age. These will be given to you by our certified staff. They are done in our office as well as at home.
Normal and balanced motion promotes effective exercise and an active lifestyle.
