Jay Brodwyn, DC
Dr. Jay attended the University of Miami and then entered the prestigious Life Chiropractic College where he graduated in 1981. After working in Atlanta, he moved to Columbus and began to fulfill his passion, opening his business in 1982.
He has taken postgraduate training in extremity adjustment, Activator Methods, Sports Medicine, and the 100 Hour Erhardt Advanced X-ray Certification. In 2011 he finished a rigorous course in the non-surgical treatment of scoliosis.
Dr. Jay is a past member of the Columbus Jaycees, Rotary Club, Toastmasters and was a Senior Arbitrator of the Better Business Bureau. He is a past member of the Executive Board of the PTA, and served on the executive committee of the United Way.
In 2004, he was voted Chiropractor of the Year in the southeastern United States. Dr. Jay lives in Columbus with his wife Cindy and two daughters both of whom are married and reside in Columbus.
Mike Haniotis, DC
Dr. Mike was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and later attended CUNY. He graduated from Life University in 1997 as a National Board certified Chiropractor and returned to New York to go into private practice. Soon after, he was asked to join a group practice with a prominent New York neurologist.
Dr. Mike has a special interest in pediatric chiropractic and is certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. He has additional postgraduate training in Kinesio and Rock Taping, Graston Technique, and the Gonstead Method. He previously served as editor-in-chief of the New York Chiropractic Association?s newsletter and is a past President and Delegate of the state association?s Brooklyn chapter.
After the 9/11 tragedy, he spent much of his time working with firefighter and police fundraisers and donated his chiropractic care to their families. Dr. Mike donates time as a community leader and serves as a Scout Leader with Boy Scouts of America. Dr. Mike moved to Columbus with his wife Angela and son Alex to join Brodwyn and Associates in 2010.
Dr. Kenneth S. Calain
Dr. Ken saw his grandmother get rid of her walker after being treated by a chiropractor.
That moment proved to be lifechanging!
He attended Alderson-Broaddus College and then enrolled at Life University in Atlanta, Georgia. After graduating, worked at the
radiology department at Life University, training the next generation of soon to be chiropractors.
In 2020, his wife and family moved here from Tennessee. He enjoys his new church and serving the Kiwanis Club as a past president.
Dr. Janet Hyder
Dr. Janet received her Bachelor of Science degree from Truman University in 1981. She then moved to Georgia to attend Life University, graduating in 1985 with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
She has been practicing in Columbus, GA since 1987. Having closed her private practice in 2014, she missed working with patients. She therefore joined the Brodwyn team in 2018.
She currently lives in Harris County with her husband and daughter where they attend church. She is active in the little league softball community and is an advising mother to the Columbus Assembly of the Rainbow Girls.
